CARBON OFFSET

According to Wikipedia, carbon offset is a reduction in emissions of carbon or greenhouse gases made in order to compensate for or to offset an emission made elsewhere. Based on a research from Jabatan Pengangkutan dan Kenderaan Jepun in 2008, a formula is created to calculate carbon offset.

For 1 gallon of petrol, 0.15 x a km x b people = c kg of CO
Imagine that if we have 2000 participants in this Quest, with 30 km trails, we can save up to 9000 kg of CO₂!
